The realtor helping me was Pat Lackey of West Memphis. I was out of state so many of the local tasks would have been very difficult and would have taken considerable time away from work. Pat helped me locate and hire contractors to do many of the tasks to get the house ready for sale. Pat also has a great personality to go along with her work ethic, so the time we spoke and met was always a pleasure. She treated me like an old friend. Her communication was outstanding. She was always available and easy to find. The house had an offer in 2 days and a contract in less than a week. The estate/probate process is always difficult, but Pat made the sale of the home the easiest part of the process.
